JGTA will stop receiving applications submitted after 11:59 PM Hong Kong Time on November 18, 2017. All Tour Card holders who submit their application after this time will be ineligible for the tournament.

Payment Deadline: 20/11/2017 11:59 pm
Players who have earned tentative entry into the Tournament will have until 11:59 PM Hong Kong Time to make payment to confirm entry into this event.

Tuesday, December 19 - Player & Parents Meeting: 6:30 pm
JGTA will host a Player and Parents meeting in the Clubhouse (across from the pro shop) at Bintan Lagoon Resort for all tournament participants, parents/coaches to discuss important topics including: Playing the JGTA, College Golf, Local Rules and more. Attendance is mandatory.

Tuesday, December 19 - Official Practice Round: All-day
Tee-times for Official Practice Rounds are on a first-come first-serve basis. Players are required to check-in with the starter when they are ready to play their Practice Round. Tee-times for Official Practice Rounds may not be reserved in advance.
Please contact playerservices@jgta.org if you are unable to participate in the official practice round before December 18, 2017.

Tuesday, December 19 - Player Registration: All-Day
Players must check-in with JGTA staff in the Clubhouse Lobby on Tuesday, December 19. Late arrival players may register anytime while JGTA staff is present in the Tournament Office (2nd floor of Clubhouse) before 4:00 pm.

The awards ceremony will take place immediately following the conclusion of play. If booking travel on day of final round please take into consideration possible weather delays that could affect your arrangements.
