JOM Updated After #JGTATaiwan
The JGTA JOM has been updated after completion of the JGTA Taiwan Junior Championship at NGCC in Miaoli County, Taiwan.
The Junior Order of Merit (JOM) is the official points-based ranking system of the JGTA to determine Tour-wide ranking of its members, and award AJGA PBE Stars according to player’s final standing at the end of the season.
The top two points leaders in the Boy’s Division are Jiakun Li (2019) of Shanghai, China and Junyi Tang (2021) of Beijing, China. Li was the winner of the JGTA Bintan Lagoon Junior Championship presented by dwell Student Living and Tang was the winner of the JGTA Taiwan Junior Championship. These players have 1167 Junior Order of Merit points.
Conor Kelly (2019) of Bangkok, Thailand, Willy Chen (2022) of Taipei, Taiwan and Yin Ho Yue (2018) of Shanghai, China round out the top 5 in the Junior Order of Merit rankings. If the Junior Order of Merit was final at this point in the season, these players would earn fully-exempt AJGA Status.
The top two points leaders in the Girl’s Division are Camille Boyd (2020) of Yorba Linda, California and Jana Ni (2021) of Beijing, China. Boyd, winner of the JGTA Bintan Lagoon Junior Championship presented by dwell Student Living, has 1400 Junior Order of Merit points.
