evian® International & Senior Showcase

Two events sponsored by evian® (evian® International & Senior Showcase) wrap up the AJGA season in Las Vegas, Nev. where unsigned seniors and international boys and girls compete in the final AJGA event of the year – the evian® International & Senior Showcase. The event coincides with the annual college coaches convention in Las Vegas.
 These two events are 36-hole, stroke-play, and are for international boys and girls and high school senior boys girls who have not committed to college, respectively. A few players from the JGTA will be competing.

This is the first year that evian®, which also provides water at every AJGA Invitational, has supported the event. Thirteen countries and 10 states are represented in the events.

evian®, which has provided uniquely balanced and carefully filtered mineral water since 1824, will take over title sponsorship of the International &  Senior Showcase, which offers the opportunity for high school seniors without college commitments to play in front of college coaches.

The 2016 senior showcase hosted more than 100 different men’s and women’s coaches. The event also coincides with the Golf Coaches Association of America National Convention and the Women’s Golf Coaches Association National Convention in Las Vegas. Due to its success, another Senior Showcase event was added over Presidents’ Day weekend in 2015. Historically, 60 percent of players have signed with college golf teams after these events.
